Cancellation / Return / Refund policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of a client’s order is possible if the order hasn't been shipped out yet. Please write to info@flaneur-magazine.com to ask and we will let you know if a cancellation is still possible or not.


RETURN POLICY FOR A RECEIVED ORDER:

  • If there was an error in the received order (such as the wrong items being sent), we will pay for return shipment costs and either refund the order and the original shipping cost, or send out the correct items.

  • If there was no error in the received order, the client must pay for the return shipment cost themselves to the address of our fulfillment provider:

Once our fulfillment provider receive the returned order, we will issue a refund of the items alone, not the original shipping cost.


ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT POLICY FOR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

When an order was not able to be delivered and gets returned to us and the client request a new shipment, the following applies:

  • If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an error from our side, we will cover for the additional shipping costs.

  • If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an error from the client’s side, the client has to pay for the additional shipping costs.

  • If there was no error, the additional shipping costs are split half-half between us and the client.



REFUND POLICY FOR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

When an order was not able to be delivered and gets returned to us and the client request a refund, the following applies:

  • If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an error from our side, we refund the order and the original shipping costs.

  • If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an error from the client’s side, we refund the order only.

  • If there was no error, we refund the order and half of the original shipping costs.
